Favourite Kata: Heian Shodan (the only one I actually know)


Karate Ambitions: To improve my Kata – remember the sequences and performing it. It’s a bit last minute at the moment. My memory isn’t the best.


Other Interests: My husband and I enjoy rallying and when we have time (and the money) compete in some local events. He drives and I navigate – it’s the only time I know he will listen to me. We have won one award so far – hopefully there’ll be more to come. I am also secretary of Hambleton Football Club. We have 2 men’s teams and a junior team, so it keeps me fairly busy
